EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join Private Client Services (PCS). The role offers flexible office location with the option to be fully remote, and the ability to oversee multiple client engagements while leading staff and contributing to business development.

The PCS team serves high-net-worth individuals and families, focusing on tax planning, compliance, and client service excellence, with a culture that supports work-life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specializing in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment with strong client service and technical excellence.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families; ensure timely delivery of federal, state, and local returns.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities; apply tax law consistently.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact, deliver proactive tax planning, respond to inquiries, and support meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, budgets, realization and team utilization; identify risks and improve efficiency.
