EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager for Private Client Services (PCS). The role oversees ultra-high net worth tax planning and compliance, mentors staff, and drives client growth. Flexible office location with a fully remote option.

You will lead engagements, review complex returns, and collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality, proactive tax planning while expanding client relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts/estates/gifts/charities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights and supporting meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and inefficiencies.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders; promote accountability.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback; support recruiting and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax tech and data tools to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in business development and proposals; expand client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and ensure high-quality service.
