EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The ideal candidate will lead teams, oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals, and drive growth while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience for high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, including complex returns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, manage client relationships, and coordinate with Partners in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families; ensure timely federal, state, and local returns.
• Knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities; ensure consistent tax law application.
• Primary review of complex tax returns for accuracy and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary client contact, deliver proactive tax planning insights, and support client meetings.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify margin risks and inefficiencies.
• Foster relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders; promote accountability.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback; support recruiting and performance evaluation.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in business development and expand client relationships; stay current on tax law changes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent

CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification

Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field
