EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. This role emphasizes overseeing multiple engagements, client leadership, and a strong focus on business development and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience with high-net-worth individuals.
• Recent public accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team and manage client relationships with Partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and families.
• Apply knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment, trusts, estates, and charitable entities across engagements.
• Lead primary reviews of complex returns ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Act as a primary client contact for proactive tax planning insights and meetings.
• Monitor budgets, realization, and utilization; identify risks and improve profitability.
• Mentor staff and support recruiting, onboarding, and performance development.
• Leverage tax technology and data tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship expansion.
