Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team, maintain visibility into engagement status, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns with attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive tax planning insights.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization; identify risks and improve profitability.
• Participate in business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and expanding client relationships.
