EisnerAmper’s Private Client Services (PCS) team seeks a Tax Senior Manager to oversee multiple client engagements, lead tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and drive business development. Flexibility on office location and option for full remote work are offered.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration across the firm to deliver proactive tax planning and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience providing tax compliance and consulting to high-net-worth individuals.
• 8+ years of tax compliance, specialization in complex technical individual and business returns.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field (preferred).
• Experience acquiring new clients and growing a book of business (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Possess knowledge of hedge fund K-1 treatment and trusts, estates, gifts, and charitable entities.
• Perform primary review of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact and support meetings and presentations.
• Monitor engagement budgets, realization, and team utilization to improve profitability.
• Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Provide coaching, training, and recruitment support to staff; contribute to development of team capabilities.
• Leverage tax technology to enhance efficiency and scalability of service delivery.
• Participate in business development, including proposals and expanding client relationships.
• Stay current on tax law changes and collaborate across the firm.
