BDO USA, LLP in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Senior Tax Manager to deliver tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for pass-through entities and owners. You will lead engagements, supervise staff, and ensure timely, high-quality work product.

You will apply deep knowledge of personal, estate, gift, and entity taxation to optimize client outcomes, manage budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding firm standards.

Competenze

• Eight (8) or more years of tax experience in public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting.
• Experience with individual, estate, trust, partnership, S-corporation and private foundation tax/consulting clients.
• CPA certification, Attorney (admitted) or EA (or equivalent) required.

Mansioni

• Provide tax planning, preparation and research for pass-through entities and owners.
• Manage client engagements, supervise staff and coordinate with managers and partners.
• Ensure timely, compliant services and high-quality work product.
• Review tax issues, budgets, staffing, and billing within firm policies.
• Lead research and strategy development on tax implications for clients.
