Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Partnership Manager, Tax to deliver tax planning, prep and advisory services for Pass-Through clients. You will supervise staff, manage engagements, and partner with clients to optimize tax outcomes.

The role emphasizes deep tax knowledge, client relationship management, and adherence to firm policies and the Tax Quality Manual. A CPA and 5+ years of public accounting is expected; MS Tax preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA certification required.
• Five+ years of public accounting experience in private client tax/consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax planning, preparation and research for Pass-Through clients.
• Supervise and review work of staff; manage client engagements.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and service quality.
• Advance firm tax knowledge and stay updated on tax developments.
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to firm policies.
