Qualifications

• Eight or more years of prior relevant tax experience.
• Experience with pass-through entities (S-corps, LLCs, Partnerships) and related individual returns.
• Public accounting, private industry, or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs tax planning, preparation and research for pass-through entities and owners' returns.
• Manages client engagements and reviews work of staff.
• Contributes to client satisfaction with timely services and work product.
• Ensures compliance with authorities while minimizing tax burdens.
• Conducts tax research and applies firm standards for returns.
• Assists in budgeting, staffing, billing, and AR management for engagements.
• Develops and suggests strategies to reduce taxes and expenses for clients.
