Qualifications

• 8+ years of public accounting experience in private client tax/consulting.
• CPA certification is required; CFP license preferred.
• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Tax planning, preparation and research for high net worth individuals and related entities.
• Manage client engagements and supervise staff; act as primary client contact.
• Contribute to client satisfaction with timely services and quality work.
• Conduct tax research and apply professional standards; involve specialists as needed.
• Develop and review tax strategy; oversee budgeting, staffing and billing.
• Supervise and train associates; provide performance feedback.
