Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• CPA, JD, LLM or MST required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional services experience.
• Industry knowledge in Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review of complex high-net-worth individual, fiduciary, gift and estate tax returns.
• Conduct advanced tax research and draft technical memoranda.
• Design and implement tax planning strategies for founders and tech executives.
• Serve as trusted advisor and manage client relationships with proactive communication.
• Mentor and supervise staff, fostering development and collaboration.
• Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client engagements and growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with evolving federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements using technology and best practices.
• Engage in firm-wide initiatives and ongoing education programs.
