Withum PC is seeking a Founders and Tech Executive Tax Senior Manager to lead tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and executives. The role focuses on planning, execution, mentoring staff, and building trusted client relationships across multiple locations including New Jersey and California.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in professional services, CPA/JD/LLM/MST credentials, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide sophisticated tax planning and advisory work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• CPA/JD/LLM/MST required
• 8+ years of professional services experience
• Industry knowledge in Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth is a plus
• Strong leadership and relationship-management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and estates
• Conduct advanced tax research and draft technical memoranda
• Design tax planning strategies for founders and tech executives
• Manage client relationships with proactive communication and strategic consultations
• Mentor staff and lead teams to deliver engagements
• Collaborate with partners on client engagements and business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with evolving federal/state/local tax regulations
• Contribute to process improvements and leverage technology in tax delivery
