Job summary

Withum's Tax Services Group seeks an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead engagements from planning to completion. You will mentor staff and build strong client relationships while delivering strategic tax insights.

Based in multiple office locations, you will craft planning strategies for founders and tech executives, ensuring compliance and contributing to firm-wide initiatives and innovation projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA/JD/LLM/MST are required or preferred.
Experience in leading tax engagements for high-net-worth clients and tech startups preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and estates.
Conduct advanced tax research and draft technical memoranda.
Design tax planning strategies for founders and tech executives.
Mentor and supervise staff; manage client relationships.
Ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations and industry trends.
