WithumSmith+Brown is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead complex tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and tech founders across multiple CA offices, NY, NJ, and beyond. You will supervise staff, mentor junior professionals, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role demands a CPA or equivalent, 8+ years of professional services experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Hybrid work options available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.
• CPA, JD, LLM or MST required.
• 8+ years of professional services experience.
• Industry knowledge in Technology/Startup or Emerging Growth is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and estates.
• Conduct advanced tax research and draft technical memoranda.
• Design and implement tax planning strategies to preserve wealth.
• Manage client relationships with proactive communication.
• Mentor and supervise staff; collaborate with partners on engagements.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local tax regulations.
