Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager, Tax & Audit AI FDE to lead product strategy, customer discovery, and execution for Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across the Tax, Audit & Accounting domain.

You will own the product direction and technical execution of complex engagements, working directly with customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, commercial segments, domain experts, and core product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management, solution architecture, or related product-delivery experience in enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled products.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into clear product strategy, requirements, and execution plans.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing product and solution work across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to partner with engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement and Use-Case Discovery: partner with tax, audit, and accounting stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into requirements.
• Product Leadership Across FDE Engagements: lead product execution across multiple engagements and align teams.
• Backlog and Execution Management: own backlogs and ensure scoped, sequenced work across discovery, build, launch, and handoff.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership: manage intake through deployment, adoption, and transition to core product teams.
• Productization of Bespoke Tax Solutions: identify repeatable patterns for broader market value.
• Tax AI Quality and Trust: define validation criteria for professional workflows including accuracy and explainability.
• Strategic Influence: inform roadmaps for CoCounsel Tax and related AI-native products.
