Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior Solutions Manager, Tax & Audit AI FDE to lead product strategy, customer discovery, and execution for Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across the Tax, Audit & Accounting domain.

You will own the product direction and the technical delivery of complex engagements, working directly with customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Professional Services, domain experts, and core product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related delivery.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Ability to convert ambiguous problems into clear strategy and execution plans.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with tax, audit, accounting, finance and other stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Lead product execution across multiple Tax, Audit & Accounting FDE engagements and align with engineering and services teams.
• Own and maintain engagement backlogs with clear prioritization and sequencing across discovery to launch.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from intake to deployment and adoption, documenting learnings for reuse.
• Identify recurring patterns to productize bespoke tax solutions for broader value.
• Define validation criteria for professional workflows including accuracy, sourcing, explainability and security.
