Thomson Reuters seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive production AI solutions for public accounting firms and corporate tax departments. You will hire and develop senior engineers, build client-aligned teams, and guide engagements from rapid prototyping to multi-month implementations.

You will own staffing, capacity planning, and delivery forecasting across client engagements while providing technical leadership on RAG, agents, and tool integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or technical consulting experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Ownership of client-facing engineering delivery including staffing and capacity forecasting.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered applications into production with clear architecture decisions.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead and develop a senior engineering team, including hiring and coaching.
• Own staffing, capacity planning and delivery forecasting across client engagements.
• Provide technical leadership for production AI solutions, reviewing architecture, scope and operating costs.
• Set standards for AI quality, risk controls, and audit-trail integrity.
• Own delivery health and client outcomes, managing scope and escalations.
• Improve engineering effectiveness through AI-enabled development and tooling.
• Partner with business, product and platform leaders to align demand with capacity.
