Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Solutions Manager, Tax & Audit AI FDE, to lead product strategy, customer discovery, and execution for Forward Deployed Engineering engagements across tax, audit and accounting. You will own the product direction, engage with customers and engineers, and drive bespoke solutions toward repeatable capabilities in the AI-native portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or solution delivery in enterprise SaaS or AI-enabled products.
• Experience leading complex, customer-facing product and solution architecture work.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategy and execution plans.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with engineering and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to discover use cases and translate needs into product requirements and outcomes.
• Lead product execution across multiple FDE engagements and align stakeholders.
• Own and manage engagement backlogs with prioritization and transparency.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from intake to deployment and handoff.
• Identify repeatable tax solution patterns to productize bespoke work and enable scale.
• Define validation criteria for professional workflows including accuracy, sourcing, explainability, and security.
• Impact roadmaps for CoCounsel Tax and other AI-native tax products.
