Qualifications

• Must complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience handling complex individual and business returns with planning and audit support.
• Experience in a client-facing, advisory role and clear tax explanations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete, accurate tax returns for diverse clients including individuals and businesses.
• Interview clients to understand financial situations and provide personalized recommendations.
