Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services (Consumer & Industrial Products) to lead technology, operations, and IT diligence for private equity deals. You will guide multiple transactions, shape value creation plans, and mentor teams acrossCourtrooms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, transaction advisory, operational consulting, technology consulting, or related experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational, technology, or IT due diligence engagements for private equity investors and portfolio companies.
• Experience assessing technology environments, operating models, organizational capabilities, and operational risks to support investment decisions and uncover value creation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements for private equity investors and their portfolio companies, serving as the engagement leader across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Advise clients throughout buy-side transactions by assessing technology capabilities, operational maturity, organizational readiness, and business risks that influence investment decisions.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen investment theses, prioritize value creation opportunities, and inform post-close planning.
• Partner with portfolio company leadership and cross-functional West Monroe teams to support targeted value creation initiatives and post-close engagements.
• Lead executive-level client discussions, facilitate management meetings, and present findings to investment teams, operating partners, and senior client stakeholders.
