Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Transaction Advisory Services within the C&IP Value Creation team, advising private equity investors and portfolio companies through high-impact due diligence and post-close value creation initiatives.

You will guide client discussions at the executive level, manage multiple workstreams, and leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and recommendations. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading due diligence engagements for private equity investors and portfolio companies.
• Ability to assess technology environments, operating models, and organizational capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as part of client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery for operational, technology, and IT due diligence engagements as engagement leader.
• Advise on buy-side and, where applicable, sell-side transactions; assess capabilities and risks.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations for value creation and post-close planning.
• Lead executive discussions and present findings to investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee engagement scope, staffing, economics, quality, and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Contribute to business development: opportunity shaping, scoping, pricing, proposals, and client presentations.
• Advance TAS methodologies and mentor consultants within the team.
