Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Consumer & Industrial Products Value Creation team within the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. As a leader in Transaction Advisory Services, you will advise private equity investors and portfolio companies through diligence and post-close value creation.

You will lead multiple engagements, manage client relationships, and deliver actionable recommendations while mentoring consultants and collaborating across the firm.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, transaction advisory, or related M&A experience.
• Experience leading operational, technology, or IT due diligence for private equity.
• Ability to lead multiple engagement workstreams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction advisory engagements for PE investors and portfolio companies.
• Assess technology environments, operating models, and risks to inform decisions.
• Present findings to investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and co-create value creation initiatives.
