Wipfli LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Transaction Advisory Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. You will lead QoE engagements, mentor junior staff, and work directly with clients, private equity firms, and strategic buyers.

You will manage buy-side and sell-side QoE engagements, analyze earnings quality and deal metrics, and communicate risks and value drivers to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial databases.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side QoE engagements across planning, execution and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and data to assess earnings quality and deal metrics.
• Identify financial risks and communicate issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial due diligence reports and presentations.
• Oversee virtual data rooms and coordinate information requests with clients.
• Collaborate with partners on engagement strategy and business development.
• Mentor associates and interns, providing guidance and training.
• Support valuation analysis, structuring, and integration planning.
