West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Consumer & Industrial Products Value Creation team within the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. You will guide private equity diligence and post-close value creation, collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional West Monroe teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, transaction advisory, or related experience in M&A.
• Experience leading operational, technology, or IT due diligence for PE investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements for private equity investors and their portfolio companies, serving as the engagement leader across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Advise clients throughout buy-side transactions by assessing technology capabilities, operating maturity, organizational readiness, and business risks.
• Evaluate operating models, technology investments, digital capabilities, and organizational structures to identify risks and value creation opportunities.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen investment theses and inform post-close planning.
• Lead executive-level client discussions, facilitate management meetings, and present findings to investment teams and senior stakeholders.
• Own engagement scope, staffing, economics, quality, risk management, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
