Job summary

West Monroe seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Consumer & Industrial Products Value Creation team within the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. You will guide operational, technology, and IT due diligence engagements for private equity clients, translate diligence insights into post-close value creation, and drive cross-functional collaboration across the TAS capability.

You will manage engagement scope, staffing, and client relationships while mentoring teams and advancing TAS methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management consulting, transaction advisory, operational or technology consulting for M&A.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational, technology, or IT due diligence engagements for PE investors.
• Executive presence with ability to present complex findings to C-suite and investment teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, technology, and IT transaction advisory engagements across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Advise clients throughout buy-side transactions on capabilities, maturity, and risks affecting investment decisions.
• Translate diligence findings into actionable recommendations and post-close value creation priorities.
• Mentor consultants and drive high-performing teams while managing scope, budget, and risk.
• Develop relationships with PE investors and portfolio executives to expand TAS opportunities.
