EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements. The role blends individual contribution with collaboration within a growing TAS team in New Jersey.

You will review client financials, assess risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives and PE firms while mentoring staff and coordinating with tax, valuation, audit, advisory, and consulting teams.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in commercial audit or financial due diligence at a major firm.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration or a related field.

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements with QoE and working capital analysis.
• Manage multiple engagement teams and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives.
• Oversee preparation of Key Findings Reports and Databooks.
