West Monroe seeks a senior consulting analyst to support technology M&A engagements for Private Equity and corporate clients nationwide. The role covers platform acquisitions, mergers, post-close integration, and carve-outs with emphasis on product strategy, operating models, cloud migration, and digital transformation.

You will work with CTOs/CIOs and tech leaders, contribute to due diligence, and help shape engagement methodologies while participating in recruiting and practice development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in team-based, client-facing management or tech consulting or IT M&A experience preferred.
• Experience with consumer & industrial products is a plus.
• M&A-centric experience, preferably with Private Equity, SaaS or software mergers/integrations or carve-outs.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial, analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Deliver client-focused M&A technology advisory services across the deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development and recruiting efforts within the practice.
• Develop data-driven methodologies and assets for evaluating software businesses in due diligence.
• Collaborate with architects and consultants to elevate technology advisory capabilities of the M&A team.
• Assist with post-close technology planning and integration engagements.
