Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager - SIEM/Security Analytics for US remote delivery. You will act as a trusted technical partner to enterprise customers, guiding adoption and measuring security outcomes.

You will engage senior security leaders, coordinate with support teams, and drive retention by translating product usage into business value across onboarding and long-term adoption. Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years in technical customer success or solutions engineering.
Experience presenting to senior security leadership and running QBRs/EBRs.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for the company's security analytics platform and ensure customer success.
Own the full customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding to maturity.
Lead QBRs/EBRs with senior stakeholders and translate progress into business value.
Identify renewal risks using customer usage data.
Advocate for customer needs while managing expectations internally/externally.
Proactively resolve technical requests and issues.
Track and communicate key account metrics to stakeholders.
