Job summary

Axon is seeking a senior, customer‑facing leader to own the full lifecycle of agency outcomes. You will design, build, and ship AI-enabled workflows on site, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive adoption and measurable mission impact.

You will maintain CJIS compliance, work across hardware, software, and cloud platforms, and build trusted relationships with agency leadership. This role requires 8+ years of relevant experience and a builder mindset in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Experience with law enforcement or military contexts preferred but not required
• Proven builder of automated workflows, agents, and integrations in production environments
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS compliance and adhere to security standards

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer outcomes within strategic accounts
• Design, build, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows and tools onsite
• Lead onsite engagement and platform delivery across deployments
• Drive adoption, measure impact, and collaborate with Sales on account strategy
• Establish success metrics, run quarterly business reviews, and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Support, and Services
