Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager to partner with our largest Enterprise customers in Mountain View, combining deep technical expertise with executive-level guidance. You will own technical health and outcomes, drive incident responses, and influence product roadmaps based on client needs.

The role requires strong cloud, data warehousing, and SQL skills, plus the ability to communicate complex ideas to executives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in TAM, CSE, SRE or senior support in enterprise SaaS/cloud analytics.
• Strong hands-on cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Experience leading P1/P2 incident response end-to-end with comms and post-mortems.
• Experience with enterprise customers at engineer/architect and VP/CxO levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex tech to business language.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for Strategic/Enterprise accounts.
• Lead P1/P2 incident response and post-incident reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Provide architecture guidance for cloud migrations, data integrations, and performance tuning.
• Coordinate across SRE, Eng, Product, Security, and Professional Services.
• Deliver data-driven health reviews and executive business reviews with renewal/expansion input.
