Job summary

AtScale is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the senior post-sales technical lead for enterprise customers, ensuring successful deployment, migration and sustained value realization. You will own production health, oversee complex deployments, and advocate for AI-enabled analytics across large data platforms.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in TAM or Solutions Architecture and deep knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, with availability to work ET hours in a

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Architecture.
• Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours.

Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership & Production Health: act as primary post-sale technical contact, monitor stability, performance and scalability, lead escalations.
• Deployment Oversight & Strategic Guidance: oversee complex implementations and migrations, advise on semantic layer design and platform strategy.
• Adoption, Value & Advocacy: drive usage of new capabilities and represent field insights to Engineering teams.
