Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to deliver high-quality sourcing and candidate-screening support for recruiters.

You will partner with assigned recruiters, manage 10+ requisitions, and build diverse pipelines of active and passive candidates. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive initial screens, documenting qualifications, and presenting fully screened candidates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions and profiles.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, social media, and referrals.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct thorough initial screens covering experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, location, and availability.
• Present fully screened candidates with clear screening notes to recruiters.
• Maintain pipeline health, provide market insights, and adjust strategies as needed.
