Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Talent Acquisition team. This role partners with recruiters to build pipelines and perform comprehensive initial screens for multiple ongoing requisitions.

You will present fully screened candidates with detailed notes and maintain accurate data in Workday. Successful candidates will demonstrate experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technical roles, plus strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
• Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and social platforms.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens and evaluating against defined job requirements.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Excellent partnership and service orientation with recruiters.
• Comfort using recruiting data and metrics to guide strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and priorities.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions at a time.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive candidates.
• Conduct thorough initial screens and document qualifications and motivations.
• Present fully screened candidates with clear notes to recruiters.
• Maintain pipeline health and data accuracy in recruiting tools.
• Build reusable talent pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Maintain timely candidate activity, dispositions, and pipeline data.
