Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruiters by delivering high-quality sourcing and screening for 10+ requisitions.

You will build targeted pipelines across active and passive candidates and conduct thorough initial screens to assess fit and potential. In this fast-paced contract role, you will document qualifications, present fully screened candidates with concise notes, and partner with recruiters to optimize pipeline health and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
• Ability to identify passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, and creative sourcing.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens and evaluating qualifications against defined job requirements.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions, balance priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong partnership skills and service-oriented approach to supporting recruiters.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Comfort using recruiting data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, target candidate profiles, sourcing priorities, and service expectations.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening activity for 10+ requisitions at a time, adjusting priorities as business needs change.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, internal databases, social media, web research, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough initial screens to assess experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, work authorization, location requirements, availability, and alignment with the opportunity.
• Present recruiters with fully screened qualified candidates supported by clear, accurate screening notes.
• Maintain timely and accurate candidate activity, dispositions, notes, and pipeline data in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, sourcing campaigns, talent-mapping projects, process improvements, and other priorities as assigned.
