Job summary

Entegris, Inc. seeks a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters, deliver high-quality screening, and build diverse candidate pipelines.

You will manage 10+ requisitions simultaneously, conduct comprehensive initial screens, and present fully qualified candidates with clear notes. You will use tailored sourcing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, and other sourcing techniques.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens and evaluating qualifications against defined job requirements.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters and a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; summarize qualifications clearly.
• Working knowledge of ATS; Workday experience preferred.
• Comfort using recruiting data/metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and documentation cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technical roles; knowledge of chemical/plastics/semiconductor industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, candidate profiles, and service expectations.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for approximately 10+ requisitions at a time.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies across job boards, networks, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate active and passive candidates for current and anticipated needs.
• Conduct thorough initial screens covering experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, work authorization, and location requirements.
• Present recruiters with fully screened candidates and concise screening notes.
• Maintain pipeline health and data in Workday and other tools; communicate with recruiters regularly.
• Build reusable talent pipelines for high-volume, specialized, hard-to-fill roles.
• Deliver a professional, inclusive candidate experience with timely follow-up.
• Contribute to sourcing campaigns and talent-mapping initiatives.
