Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to deliver high-quality sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions.

You will partner closely with assigned recruiters to build diverse candidate pipelines, conduct comprehensive initial screens, and present fully qualified candidates who meet role requirements in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on active and passive sourcing across manufacturing, engineering, and technical disciplines, leveraging LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in a corporate, agency, or RPO environment.
• Ability to identify and engage passive talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens against defined job requirements.
• Able to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Strong partnership and service-oriented approach to supporting recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and target profiles.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions concurrently.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, and social platforms.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Conduct thorough initial screens covering experience, qualifications, compensation, location, and availability.
• Present fully screened candidates with clear screening notes to recruiters.
• Maintain pipeline health, provide feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build reusable talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Ensure timely candidate activity and pipeline data in Workday and other tools.
