Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to deliver high-quality sourcing and initial screening for recruiters, supporting 10+ requisitions at a time and building diverse candidate pipelines.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, comprehensive screening, accurate documentation in Workday, and collaboration with the TA team to meet service levels and improve candidate experiences. Compensation is up to $60/hr, based on experience.

Qualifications

Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines.
Strong sourcing methods via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, and web research.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, or technical roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters to understand requisitions, qualifications, and sourcing priorities.
Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions simultaneously.
Develop tailored sourcing strategies across job boards, networks, and social channels.
Identify and engage active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
Present fully screened candidates with notes to recruiters.
Maintain pipeline health and data accuracy in Workday and recruiting tools.
Deliver a professional candidate experience and timely follow-up.
Contribute to TA initiatives and campaigns.
