Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to partner with recruiters, manage 10+ requisitions, and build diverse candidate pipelines.

The role conducts initial screens and delivers fully qualified candidates with concise notes, ensuring data integrity in Workday and a strong candidate experience. The position emphasizes sourcing strategies across multiple channels and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring needs, with success measured by pipeline health

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening candidates in corporate, agency, or RPO environments.
• Ability to engage passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networks.
• Experience conducting structured candidate screens against job requirements.
• Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions and meet deadlines.
• Strong partnership and service-oriented approach with recruiters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of ATS and candidate relationship management; Workday preferred.
• Data-driven, with ability to use recruiting metrics.
• Attention to detail and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/operations/engineering or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition recruiters to understand requisitions and sourcing priorities.
• Manage sourcing and initial screening for 10+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough initial screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Present fully screened candidates with clear screening notes.
• Maintain pipeline data and candidate activity in Workday.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and timely follow-up.
• Contribute to sourcing campaigns and process improvements.
