- 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles across engineering and research in markets like EMEA/US.
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class technical talent across engineering and research roles.
- Deliver a world-class recruiting experience reflecting Cohere's premium brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent via creative sourcing methods.
- Maintain market intelligence on technical talent trends and competitive landscape.
- Manage recruiting funnels in the ATS and update progress and analytics regularly.
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches to optimize top of funnel for business roles.
