Qualifications

• 4+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally in a high-growth tech company.
• Proven ability in outbound sourcing and pipeline creation.
• Familiarity with advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray search.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Strong communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
• Self-directed and organized with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working across multiple functions and roles simultaneously.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on building strong sourcing pipelines across multiple functions and partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the right talent. You will help shape outreach strategy, improve candidate engagement, and strengthen hiring outcomes in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The position also offers the opportunity to experiment with modern sourcing methods and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually
