Job summary

Ramp is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to build our sourcing engine and partner with engineering teams. You will be the first point of contact for industry professionals, delivering an excellent candidate experience from the start.

This is a full-time position for 6 months, focusing on creating pipelines, engaging top technical talent, and driving a high-quality candidate experience across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern (AI) sourcing and search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal storytelling communication skills.
• Ability to influence at various levels with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and operationalize sourcing strategies to deliver top technical talent.
• Own talent mapping research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.
• Align candidates’ motivations with the company's value proposition, roles, and expectations.
• Lead intake meetings to qualify requirements for tech profiles.
• Manage pipeline activity reports and analyze data to optimize hiring impact.
• Drive engagement across conferences, networking events, and partnerships.
• Partner with recruiting leadership to anticipate headcount needs and fit into the org.
• Build networks and long-term relationships with potential candidates.
