Alexander Mann Solutions Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior Oil & Gas Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for our technical, field, and engineering teams in Houston. You will source, screen, and hire high-caliber talent across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations while adhering to industry compliance and safety standards.

Hybrid role requiring 2x onsite per week. You will partner with site leads and project managers to define workforce needs, benchmarks, and competitive

Qualifikationen

• Experience recruiting in the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or Petrochemical sectors.
• Demonstrated track record hiring field/rotational personnel and technical engineers.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deep understanding of energy terminology, certifications, safety culture, and rotational logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and candidate management in high-demand markets.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Petroleum Engineers, HSE Managers, Field Technicians, Rig Managers, Project Engineers and Asset Operators.
• Headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, energy databases, trade networks and direct sourcing.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for high-volume field hiring and niche engineering roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Site Leads and Project Managers to define workforce demands and compensation.
• Advise leadership on market availability, salary benchmarks, and talent trends in global energy sectors.
