Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter for High-Volume Engineering & Field Recruitment to partner with client hiring managers, deliver top talent and meet SLAs. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, leveraging sourcing strategies, data insights and strong stakeholder management.

The role requires experience in energy sector recruitment, field-based environments and the ability to manage multiple high-priority searches while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across energy sector roles including field technicians, engineers and operations.
• Experience supporting field-based environments, data centers, electrical energy and power operations.
• Proven pipeline development, market research, proactive sourcing and delivery of hiring outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of talent markets and competency-based interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted adviser to recruiters and hiring managers, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Lead sourcing strategies and use market insights to influence hiring decisions from the start.
• Present accurate candidate shortlists with clear recommendations for decisions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and build long-term talent pools.
