Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in agency or corporate environments.
• Expert in passive sourcing and talent market insights.
• Experience building talent pipelines and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring leaders on compensation, offers, and negotiations.
