Job summary

Wildman Business Group seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive high-impact hiring across hourly, sales, service, professional, and leadership roles. This hands-on role focuses on proactive sourcing, building strong pipelines, and partnering with leaders to make timely hiring decisions.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, improve the candidate experience, and strengthen the employer brand while coordinating with Marketing and department leaders to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or related talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Proactively finding candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Experience recruiting across multiple locations for Sales, Service, Operations, professional, or leadership roles.
• Comfort using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools, Microsoft Office, and recruiting analytics.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing skills, curiosity, urgency, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive hiring processes with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting process from intake through accepted offer.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring and high-priority roles.
• Develop sourcing strategy for openings using multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify needs and plan interviews.
• Coach leaders on feedback, communication, and accountability.
• Strengthen Wildman’s employer brand with Marketing.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, and networks.
• Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and offer acceptance.
• Identify risks and propose creative solutions.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning.
