Highwire is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build long-term talent pipelines across agency and corporate functions.

As a key member of the People team, this role will partner closely with leaders to understand business needs, identify exceptional talent, and strengthen Highwire’s ability to attract and engage candidates for both current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing and talent market research.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term talent pipelines and advisory partnerships with hiring managers.
• Experience translating business needs into recruiting strategies and candidate-solutioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions, from kickoff to offer, across PR/corporate roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Provide a trusted talent advisory to hiring leaders and improve candidate experience.
