Job summary

Highwire is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions, partnering closely with leaders to translate business needs into sourcing strategies and candidate searches.

You will build proactive talent pipelines, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, and guide interview strategy while owning offers and negotiations to secure top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in PR/communications/marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Experience building talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective recruiting strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience extending offers.
• Commitment to delivering an engaging, transparent candidate experience.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics to guide decisions and improvements.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and internal equity considerations.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions, from kickoff to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated roles.
• Exchange with hiring managers regularly and provide search progress updates.
• Guide interview strategy and candidate assessment; recalibrate as needed.
• Develop compelling offers in collaboration with leadership and Talent Strategy.
• Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS and trackers.
