Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in PR/communications/marketing or agency settings.
• Deep sourcing expertise with passive candidates.
• Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strategic partnership with senior leaders to translate business needs into recruiting plans.
• Market intelligence on talent availability and salary bands.
• Full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
• Strong negotiation and candidate-experience focus.
• Data-informed decision-making and reporting.
• Relationship-building across teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across agency and corporate functions from kickoff to offer.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build long-term candidate pipelines.
• Guide interview strategy and hiring decisions with hiring managers.
