Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regional offices to standardize processes across MA
• Coach senior stakeholders through the math behind a hard reallocation
• Sequence the rollout so MA regions don't all break at once
• Surface the two or three metrics that decide whether a Senior Recruiter bet paid off
• Cut three steps out of an approval chain nobody loves
