Podium seeks a consultative and creative remote Senior Corporate Recruiter to scale our teams across functions. You will own full-cycle recruiting, define hiring strategy with senior leaders, lead first-in-kind searches, and deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
• Experience filling roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales.
• Track record identifying and qualifying diverse candidates via LinkedIn, resumes, and creative methods.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

• Own full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy across functions.
• Partner with company leaders to source diverse candidates for each role.
• Lead first-in-kind searches and deliver a standout candidate experience.
